In addition, open the return valve and the spray gun to the maximum to allow the cleaning solvent to circulate in the oil pipe and clean the spray gun and oil pump. The pump and spray gun are highly precise. Do not disassemble them at will during cleaning to avoid damage.
3.After one week or 50h of operation, the pump body, cylinder barrel and leather cup of the mortar combine shall be checked for good sealing, the tightness of the belt at the transmission, the firmness and tightness of the pipe joint, the pump surface shall be cleaned, and diluted engine oil shall be applied to prevent dirt from sticking.
4. Clutch, return unloading valve, reducer, air compressor and other main components shall be regularly inspected according to their use requirements. In case of wear and damage, it shall be adjusted and replaced in time.
5.Before adding oil to the mortar mixer and mortar combine, the dirt in the oil filling and oil hole shall be wiped off.
